I typically book clients 4-8 weeks in advance, but availability in my schedule is always changing. I am always more than happy to be flexible with my clients’ schedules, and I am committed to always working as quickly as the process allows without compromising the product or creativity. I recommend reaching out and approving your proposal as soon as possible to reserve a spot, since my queue fills up quickly.
Yes, we wear many hats, but not all of them! There are several additional fees to keep in mind—outside of Studio Fooch's scope of work or capabilities—as you budget for a branding, website, and/or design project. Including:
• Font licenses
• Additional revision rounds
• Website hosting, subscriptions, and domains
• Original copywriting
• SEO overhaul (basic SEO best practices are included)
• Custom photography shoot
• Custom videography shoot
• Printing or production fees
• Website accessibility compliance
Timelines may vary depending on scope. Full branding projects typically take about 4-6 weeks and complete website design takes about 6 weeks thereafter (about 12 weeks total).
Dedicated Design Days streamline the processes—and might be appropriate for you if you're working with a tighter timeline.
Absolutely! Branding is a significant investment, so we're always flexible to receive payment in a way that works for all parties. Typically projects require a 20% deposit upon contract approval to reserve your spot in our queue, with the remaining balance billed throughout the duration of the project.
I strongly believe that a brand needs more than just a logo to authentically tell your full story and emotionally connect with your target audience. For that reason, we do not offer logo design on its own. We specialize in developing strategic, cohesive and comprehensive brand identities that work together to drive your desired business results.
Sometimes — but it depends. I often work with existing brands, but it depends on how complete your visual identity is. A logo and color palette alone usually aren’t enough to translate into a compelling, high-end website experience.
After our Discovery Call, I’ll evaluate what you currently have and determine whether additional visual elements are needed to support your site. This might include things like photography style, graphic elements, illustrations, or patterns. If your brand needs a bit of expansion before web design begins, I’ll guide you through that process so everything feels cohesive and intentional.
For service-based businesses, we build websites in Showit or Squarespace. For e-commerce, we use Shopify.
While Cards & Pockets is our preferred printer and the files are formatted specifically for their specs, you are welcome to print elsewhere at your discretion.
All templates in this collection are editable in Canva, a free, browser-based design tool that’s easy to use on desktop, tablet, or mobile. There’s a few features included that require a Canva Pro account (as noted throughout), but everything in this template is able to be used with a free subscription, too.
We have included our recommended free fonts within each collection—but if you prefer to use a different font selection, you are free to choose an alternative. Please note that some fonts require a Canva Pro subscription.
We have included our recommended color palette selections—but if you choose to change the color of fonts or website backgrounds, you are free to do so. The watercolor artwork is fixed and unable to be edited.
No! If there’s a card you want to omit, you can simply ignore that template.
